Stade Rochelais, more commonly called, La Rochelle, are a club based in the coastal city in south-west France. The club reached the Top 14 for the first time in 2010 before unfortunately being relegated back to Pro D2 the following year. From this, the club formed a five year plan to drive themselves back up to becoming a leading French team and by 2013-2014 season they made a comeback to the Top 14 again. After this success, the club who were originally known as Atlantic Stade Rochelais, rebranded by dropping the ‘Atlantic’ and changing their logo. They are currently standing strong in the Top 14 today.
